Step Into the Role

In this role, you will gain practical, hands‑on experience across multiple hospital areas, including:

- Ward Clerk and Clinic Administration
- Front Desk Reception
- Emergency Department
- Switchboard

As you gain exposure to a variety of tasks and department, you will be involved in essential tasks such as managing theatre paperwork, handling incoming calls, and coordinating correspondence. It’s the perfect chance to build a strong foundation, develop valuable new skills, and grow within a supportive hospital environment.

We’re looking for someone who is confident using computers and comfortable with a variety of software applications. You’ll be someone who learns quickly, communicates clearly, and works well with others as part of a team.

Must be available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
