Intereach has an internal opportunity available for an individual looking to step into the backfill position of Local Area Coordinator (LAC).
The LAC role is a key interface between participants, communities and the NDIS, taking a whole-of-person, relationship-based approach to support people with disability to achieve their goals and build community inclusion.
The role includes providing face-to-face support to engage participants, families and carers, build trusted relationships, and deliver tailored, person-centred assistance within the local community. This is a full-time backfill position from 30 March 2026 to 30 March 2027.
This role will be based in the Griffith office.
The role has been classified under the Social Community Home Care and Disability Services (SCHCADS) Award as a Level 4, with an hourly starting salary of $44.58 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
