Education Innovation Leader, Engineering Transformation
Join our mission to revolutionize education with AI-driven personalized learning. As the Vice President of Product Engineering, you will spearhead the transformation of an AI-centric educational platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for one or more educational products, managing core competencies and enhancing business value through strategic execution.
* Guide strategic decision-making by leveraging deep expertise in educational products.
* Craft technical specifications that prioritize simplicity, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
* Implement generative AI technologies to automate and optimize engineering processes.
Basic Requirements:
* Profound experience and interest in data-driven learning science.
* Over 7 years of experience in making critical architecture and design decisions on software projects, including the application of architecture patterns and significant open-source technologies.
* More than 2 years of experience making design decisions involving cloud computing services, primarily AWS.
* At least 4 years of experience in roles with full technical and delivery ownership of a revenue-generating product.
* Experience developing product features that leverage Generative AI.
* Proficiency in using Generative AI to streamline work processes.

Working with Us:
This is a full-time position, immediately available. The role requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $200 USD per hour ($400,000 USD per year, assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year). Payment is weekly.
