Document Controller Location: Collie, WA Roster: Full-time | 5/2 Assignment: Ongoing Chandler Macleod is looking for an experienced Document Controller to support our client’s major projects by managing important site documentation. If you're highly organised, detail-focused, and ready to make an impact, this could be the perfect role for you. Key Responsibilities: Keep document registers up to date and track all project documents. Handle confidential and general information securely and appropriately. Make sure all records meet legal and business requirements. Organise and archive documents—both electronic and hard copy. Assign document numbers and revisions and share them with vendors. Monitor document progress and ensure everything stays on track. Maintain the document database for full traceability. Develop clear processes and procedures to keep large projects consistent. Follow up on outstanding documents to keep everything moving. Ensure documents are distributed accurately and on time. Experience & Qualifications: Experience: minimum 5 years in document control, experience in a capital project or mining environment is advantageous. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint). Software Knowledge: Aconex/ InEight experience preferred. Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
