Job Opportunity
As a civilian medical professional with Serco – ADF Health Services, you will provide essential healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members.
The role involves delivering primary medical care to patients in accordance with professional standards and legislation. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, assessing Defence personnel for fitness for duty and providing care that supports their health and wellbeing pre and post deployments.
You will also provide medical technical advice to the Joint Health Unit Commanding Officer, Joint Health Command Health Centre Manager, and Commanders of units.

In partnership with Bupa, our ADF Health Services team provides integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia.
Working Arrangements

Key Requirements
Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Medical Practitioner, General in Australia with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or Fellowship of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM) or Vocational Registration.
Minimum of 2 years full-time postgraduate general practitioner experience in a general practice setting within the last 5 years (or part-time equivalent).
Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA.
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
