About the Role
In this role, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio of residential and commercial property transactions, managing matters from initial instruction through to settlement. This is a hands-on position offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to work closely with institutional investors, developers, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end conveyancing for residential and commercial sales, purchases, transfers, and refinances.
* Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely settlements.
* Conduct property searches and manage all necessary enquiries.
* Prepare and manage all legal documentation and contracts related to property transactions.
* Ensure accurate and timely file management throughout the process.
* Oversee conveyancing files and mentor junior team members and paralegals.
* Engage in business development and foster strong client relationships.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with solid, hands-on conveyancing experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding client service and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience in end-to-end residential and commercial conveyancing.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

* Confidence in dealing with clients and all parties involved in the transaction.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience using LEAP legal software.
* Strong working knowledge of the PEXA electronic settlement platform.
