The role - your duties will include:
* Database prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, letter box drop offs;
* Booking and assisting with home appraisals;
* Assisting with open homes and private inspections;
* Handling phone & email inquiries;
* Managing leads pipeline;
* Assisting with listing properties for sale;
* Build relationships with existing and prospective vendors and buyers;
* Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities;
* Assisting in developing marketing materials;
* Data entry and other administrative duties as required; and
* Ensuring a smooth sales campaign process from start to finish; and
* Any other ad hoc general administration duties.
The candidate - to succeed in this role you will have:
* A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
