What your day to day looks like:
* Maintain site records, including daily machine hours, receipt purchase orders, create back charges documents, and fuel usage.
* Timesheet Entry for employees and subcontractors
* Maintaining and scheduling rosters
* Raise and receipt purchase orders, including cross referencing against work scopes and sourcing parts.
* Costing and invoicing of jobs - Create breakdowns and quotes.
* Maintaining training records and assisting in the booking of training and inductions
* Facilitate the new starter process with inductions, site entry paperwork and accommodation
* Assist with the maintenance and accurate upkeep of relevant databases, document management systems & registers
* Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required
What we need from you:
* Significant experience within a fast-paced administration role
* At least 2 years' experience as a Site Administrator or as Maintenance Administrator
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
* Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
* Strong communication and people skills, you are comfortable integrating into a diverse team and building strong relationships with your workmates
* Self-motivated, high-energy, and consistently try your best at delivering quality outcomes
* Must have full working rights within Australian and a valid and current Australia Drivers Licence
