* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Experience with SAP (or similar ERP/Accounting system)
* Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM system)
* This is a 12-month maternity leave cover position
* Full and unrestricted Australian working rights – We do not offer visa sponsorship
* Valid Police Check
* Valid Driver's license
* Successful completion of pre‑employment medical

About The Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the broader team, including pricing support for the sales team, and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries. Your role will also involve managing customer inquiries, overseeing Salesforce case queues to ensure efficient resolution, processing customer credits and rebates accurately, updating and maintaining customer‑specific and standard pricing, and managing the onboarding process for new customers.

* Case Management: Manage Salesforce cases.
* Credit Processing: Process credits and rebates.
* Pricing Management: Update and maintain customer pricing.
* New Customer Setup: Manage customer onboarding
