Role Description
This full‑time, on‑site role is located in Maitland, NSW. As a Technical Sales/Outbound Sales Specialist you will initiate outbound sales efforts, build and maintain customer relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions. Daily tasks include conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, offering training or guidance on product use, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will work collaboratively with other teams to meet sales targets and foster long‑term client partnerships.
Qualifications
* Strong sales, negotiation, and training skills to present solutions and close deals.
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
* Familiarity with safety or industrial products is an advantage but not mandatory.
* Proactive attitude and results‑driven mindset to meet and exceed sales goals.
