About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and driven Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing supports to autistic adults with complex needs.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with individuals with autism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and membership with AHPRA is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To provide individualised therapy services that promote independence, autonomy, and quality of life for autistic adults.
2. To collaborate effectively with other professionals within the team to achieve shared goals and outcomes.
3. To contribute to ongoing professional development through participation in internal learning opportunities and external training programs.
