Administrative Support Specialist
The Administrative Support Specialist plays a vital role in the efficient and effective operation of our organization, focusing on information and records management within a Complaints and Oversight Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Misconduct Matter Management: Process electronic and paper correspondence, including monitoring centralized channels, registering matters in databases, allocating notice numbers, notifying team members, receiving and registering documentation, and distributing responses to external parties.
* Administration: Assist with tabling and registration of reports, data collation, statistical reporting, and maintaining case management systems.
* Monitor misconduct matters, maintain communication with stakeholders, and perform other duties as required by the Director, Complaints and Oversight.
Pre-Employment Checks:
* A security vetting process for Baseline security clearance.
* Pre-employment check on disciplinary or managerial action in previous employment.
* Experience in electronic case management system/databases administration.
* Confidential environment work experience.
