Very exciting opportunity to join a market leading Australian Fashion & Apparel brand, to drive online trading and digital activity, as their new eCommerce & Digital Manager.
**The Role**:
A varied, holistic role across Digital, reporting to the CEO, to trade the eCommerce platform, drive online growth and brand presence.
You will have huge involvement in driving the promotional plan, content calendar & take ownership of online performance.
You will be both creative & data-driven, as well as a great people-person and able to work in a very collaborative team, cross-functionally across the business.
**Essential Skills**:
- Extensive experience of trading eCommerce platforms and driving online performance
- Demonstrated experience with managing the end to end platform operations and managing a major CMS
- A very collaborative working style, and the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
- A strong background in promotional planning & content
- Previous experience with managing external Digital agency relations
- A creative flare, as well as a data driven approach
- The ability to work in an omni-channel Retail environment
