Tinka is a well established and much loved cafe in Launceston, known for its fun and dynamic atmosphere. We focus on creating memorable experiences through great food, exceptional coffee, and warm, genuine hospitality. We aim to deliver a predictably exceptional experience to every guest, while embodying a casual down-to-earth warmth and playfulness in much that we do.
We’re looking for a Manager to help lead our team, uphold our high standards of service, and continue shaping the unique Tinka experience. This role is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to play a key role in the ongoing success of the venue.
What We're Offering:
• Management role with leadership responsibilities
• Day shifts only with shifts running 7:45am-1:30 or 2:30pm (depending on the day) - you'll be out with plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the day
• Flexibility in working days (5 per week) and the ability to control your own hours in conjunction with your teams' roster
• Permanent part-time or full-time position—flexibility to grow the role to suit the right person, if desired
• A chance to work closely with our management team to shape the experience at Tinka and continued growth in the broader company

• Experience in hospitality, particularly in leadership or management
• A passion for great coffee, brunch food, and vibrant hospitality experiences
