CBRE is a global real estate and property services organisation. Our Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) team lead the Australian and global markets in providing highly accurate analysis and projections of property values across all sectors.
The Opportunity
* Experienced Administrator to support the Commercial Valuations team
* Set up, editing, and formatting valuation reports to a high standard.
* Providing management and co-ordination of valuation instructions to support the team to ensure deadlines are met.
* Finance support related duties; co-ordinating the processing of invoices, annual leave, expense, and debtor management
* General office and administrative duties as required to ensure the best interest of the wider team and daily operations are met
About You
* An experienced administrator with the ability to organise and manage daily time critical tasks with accuracy and speed (experience within the property of finance sector preferred)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong working relationships.
* Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems.
* Flexible, proactive approach with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
