About You:
* A team player with strong communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of accounting programs a bonus
* Thrives in a structured, fast-moving environment
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Experience in administration or real estate support is a plus
Duties and responsibilities:
* Keep front office reception neat, tidy, and welcoming
* Answer phones with confidence and professionalism
* Take accurate messages and assist with general office duties
* Support the Directors with ad hoc tasks and workflow coordination
* Monitor and maintain stock levels for office, stationery, and kitchen supplies
* Prepare offers, agency agreements, and advertising budgets
* Order signage, coordinate photography, and list properties online
* Take minutes during directors' meetings and prepare sales information memorandums
* Liaise professionally with clients and customers
* Provide sales support and input enquiries into CRM systems
* Generate vendor reports and assist with database coordination
* Enter invoice data, issue work orders, update tenant insurances, and produce reports
