About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated researcher to join our team as a Senior Research Fellow in Chemical Biology. This exciting opportunity will involve contributing to a vibrant research program centered on the design and development of novel fluorescent probes for super-resolution imaging.
Key Responsibilities:
* Join a cutting-edge team where your expertise will drive the development of next-generation fluorescent probes and transformative sensing technologies.
* Engineer novel fluorescent probes through advanced design, synthesis, purification, and characterisation techniques.
* Perform high-resolution fluorescence microscopy experiments that unveil the unseen.
* Analyse complex data to uncover insights and pioneer new strategies for molecular sensing and imaging.
Requirements:
* A PhD in chemical biology, organic chemistry, or a related field.
* Proven experience in synthesis and validation of small molecules. Experience in fluorescent probe development will be highly regarded.
* Experience with fluorescence microscopy techniques. Familiarity with super-resolution imaging is a strong plus.
