Senior Digital Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy and team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance marketing, data-driven marketing, and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
* Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
* Lead the transition from MailerLite to Salesforce (Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud) and ensure seamless integration and optimal CRM utilization.
* Oversee the adoption of digital tools and project management software to boost team productivity and data flow.
* Present project deliverables, timelines, expectations, goals, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders regularly.
Requirements:
* Proven experience (5+ years) in a performance marketing or digital marketing manager role within arts, events, or entertainment.
* Expertise in data-driven marketing strategy, ROI, and conversion optimization.
* In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, especially significant experience with Salesforce (Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud).
* Expert-level proficiency in managing and optimizing paid social media advertising and Google Ads.
* Proven experience in managing external agencies to deliver performance objectives.
* Advanced analytical skills: interpreting complex data, building dashboards, and presenting insights.
* Proficiency in web analytics (Google Analytics 4), A/B testing, and CRO.
* Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Experience managing and mentoring at least one direct report.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills; ability to present data clearly.
