Job Overview
As an E&I Construction Engineer, you will be part of our Operations business in Darwin. Your key role is to deliver construction activities for a long-term client partner within the Oil & Gas industry.
This opportunity involves playing a crucial part in delivering FEED deliverables associated with Construction activities, creating access work packs, and contributing to construction feasibility studies.
You will also be responsible for providing inputs into constructability reviews, schedules, and estimates, coordinating with personnel offshore, and ensuring that design and engineering aligns with Construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver FEED deliverables associated with Construction activities;
* Create access work packs;
* Input into construction feasibility studies;
* Provide inputs into constructability reviews, schedules and estimates;
* Coordinate with personnel offshore;
* Input into design and engineering to ensure Construction activities are optimized and the works scopes can be completed safely and efficiently;
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering or a tertiary qualification supported by 5+ years of relevant industry experience. Previous experience as an E&I Construction Engineer in a Brownfield EPC, ESC or EPCM environment is highly desirable.

* Experience of interpreting discipline documentation;
* Sound knowledge and understanding of Risk Assessments (RA), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPs) and Hazard Identification Studies (HAZIDS);
* Good knowledge and understanding of technical specifications;
