Key Responsibilities
* Be a visible and approachable safety presence across rail environments
* Deliver outstanding customer service and assistance to the public
* Provide wayfinding and clear directional support
* De-escalate and manage conflict using a calm, problem-solving approach
* Support crowd control, access screening, and escorting duties
* Promote teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence in everything you do
* Maintain a high level of personal grooming and presentation
Qualification
Ready to join us? Here's what you'll need:
* Current QLD Security Licence (with Crowd Control & Unarmed)
* Valid Driver Licence
* First Aid Certificate with CPR
* Ability to obtain a Rail Category 3 Medical Clearance
* 24/7 availability for rotating shifts (primarily weekends)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A team-first attitude and a proactive mindset
