About the role

An opportunity exists to work in a committed Christian team as an office administration officer.

The part-time position is during school term times only.

This position is expected to start in February 2025.

Responsibilities:

- Assist our Administration Office Manager
- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere, building strong relationships with our students, parents, teachers and greater school community
- Maintain a positive and efficient office working environment.

- Perform administration tasks via digital platforms
- Learn and adhere to established systems and procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

- A genuine person with a friendly personality.

- A current WWVP Accreditation
- Growth mindset and team oriented attitude.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Reliability and punctuality.
