Lady Nelson Sailing Adventures – Hobart TAS
Volunteer crew members needed to help sail the historic square-rigged Lady Nelson tall ship.
Do you want to learn new skills, meet new people and do something completely different?
The Tasmanian Sail Training Association is seeking new volunteer members to learn tall ship sailing on Tasmania's iconic waterways.
Seafaring skills are definitely an asset but not essential; your ability to commit time on a regular basis, get along with others, and learn new skills are the basic requirements.
TSTA is a 100% volunteer-run, not-for-profit organisation; all positions are unpaid volunteers.
You'll need to be reasonably fit and able to climb the rigging and work effectively at heights. All other necessary skills will be taught to you by another volunteer crew member.
We also have a range of less physical roles where you can support this beautiful replica vessel; we can help you find the right one for you.
Contact the Lady Nelson office for further information.
