Paid Search Specialist We’re partnering with a fast-growing, global retail ecommerce brand that’s scaling rapidly across international markets. Operating in 11 countries and expanding every year, this business is building a world-class in-house performance team and is looking for a hands-on Paid Search Specialist to own and scale their paid media channels. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys being both strategic and on the tools, with real ownership over performance, budgets, and growth outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the strategy and execution of Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) across multiple global markets Manage and optimise Bing Ads campaigns (Amazon Ads exposure a bonus, can be learned) Own paid search budgets, bid strategies, and keyword optimisation to maximise ROI and CAC efficiency Run ongoing A/B testing across ads, audiences, and landing pages Analyse performance using GA4, attribution tools, and ecommerce data to drive insights and action Deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reporting Collaborate closely with ecommerce and tech teams to optimise landing pages and conversion performance Stay across platform updates, betas, and emerging paid media opportunities What We’re Looking For 3 years’ experience in Paid Search / Performance Marketing Must have strong hands-on Google Ads experience Proven track record of driving performance, ROI, and growth Comfortable owning strategy and execution Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded Experience in ecommerce or DTC brands highly regarded Agency background welcome if you’ve had real campaign ownership Why This Role High autonomy and ownership in a fast-scaling global brand Opportunity to shape paid search strategy across international markets In-house role with real budget control (no middle-man agency setup) Competitive salary package with strong growth potential If you're interested, please email your CV to jasmineyan@jivaro.com.au - please note that only successful candidates will be contacted.
