About this Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Planner to support a tier one mining operation on a 6-month contract. This role will suit someone with an electrical trade background or solid electrical planning experience who can hit the ground running.
1. Develop and manage weekly electrical maintenance plans using SAP;
2. Coordinate job packs, materials, and resources for electrical tasks;
3. Liaise with supervisors and trades to ensure planned work readiness;
4. Review work orders, prioritise tasks, and track progress against plan;
prioritising efficiency in safe execution of electrical maintenance activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for short-term planning within established processes.
The ideal candidate is expected to possess strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders across departments. They should have a sound understanding of relevant industry standards and best practices applicable to heavy industrial environments.
