Senior Client Delivery Manager Role
The Senior Client Delivery Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end customer engagement, from signature to delivery, with a focus on customer satisfaction and partnership value realization. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to issue mitigation and escalation management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic engagement plans with clients to establish client focus and deliver core services.
* Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular communication and stakeholder management.
* Ensure timely and effective delivery of services, enforcing a culture of performance and collaboration.
* Proactively manage account costs, understanding customer business needs to find innovative solutions adapted to client maturity levels.
* Understand customer business, ECS technical, and contractual aspects of services being delivered.
* Manage operational security risk by ensuring maintenance activities are addressed promptly and making customers aware of compliance reports and closure of risk letters.
Requirements and Qualifications
This role requires at least 6 years of experience in SAP project management or operations, as well as experience in a customer-facing role in the cloud or IT consulting business. Strong knowledge of SAP Basis and/or infrastructure operation/development is preferred. Excellent presentation and communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to switch communication styles for technical and non-technical audiences.
