About the position
Ceramic Artisans is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician to join our dynamic dental laboratory team on a full time basis.
You'll be responsible for the fabrication of high-quality dental appliances including crown and bridge work while working closely with fellow technicians and clinicians to deliver accurate and aesthetic results. Our lab values craftsmanship, consistency, and a team-first attitude.
We are very accessible to all forms of public transport. We are conveniently located near St Leonards train station, close to local bus routes and right next door to the new Metro train station about to open in Chatswood.
Key Responsibilities
* Construct and finish dental appliances including [crowns, bridges, dentures, splints – customise based on lab focus]
* Follow case specifications and lab protocols to ensure quality outcomes
* Use traditional and digital techniques, including CAD/CAM
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and support smooth case flow
* Maintain a clean, organised workstation and uphold infection control standards

What do you need to succeed?
* Relevant qualification in Dental Technology
* Previous experience working in a dental laboratory (3+ years ideal)
* Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
* A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team
* Experience with digital design and milling systems
* You must be able to work unsupervised and be involved in the direct treatment planning and design of cases together with staff and dentists
