Cafe 21 Australind is looking for Chef. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
fast and efficient breakfast and lunch service, ensuring plating is consistent and to the high standard that Cafe21 sets
maintain a clean, hygienic and organised work environment
demonstrate techniques and knowledge on cooking procedures
takes a proactive approach to ensuring kitchen runs smoothly and all daily tasks are completed
adhere to and ensure all daily and weekly cleaning tasks are completed
routinely discuss food preparation or service issues with Head Chef, Kitchen Team and Front of House Team
About You
Successful candidates will need:
Minimum qualification of Certificate 3, 4 or Diploma in Commercial Cookery
A minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume venue of similar style
Food Handlers Certificate or willing to get
Must be able to work well in a team and communicate effectively
Able to work well under pressure and stay calm in fast-paced work environment
