* Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related field.
* Proven experience in developing IT strategic plans and implementing cybersecurity measures.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills to manage a team environment.
* Demonstrated written and communication skills to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
