About the Opportunity

This is a Business Development Manager VIC role with ghd hair based in Melbourne, Victoria. We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Professional to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

* Nurturing relationships with existing accounts to achieve set company targets and drive growth.
* Assisting accounts with sell-through initiatives, education & training, and visual merchandising strategies.
* Developing and managing a territory journey plan to maximize sales potential.
* Completing weekly and monthly forecasting on a regular basis to inform business decisions.
* Prospecting salons within the territory to secure new business opportunities and expand our presence.


Requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience in field-based sales roles with a proven track record of success.
* A results-driven individual with a history of consistently meeting and exceeding service and sales-based targets.
* A positive and resilient personality with a self-motivated approach to work and a passion for the hair & beauty industry.
* Analytical, numerical, and well-organized with sound skills in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
