The Position
* Supervise catering operations on remote site
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company procedures
* Manage and lead a team of utility staff to deliver high-quality service
* Oversee stock control, ordering, and kitchen administration
* Maintain accurate records and reporting using computer systems
The Person
* Previous experience as a Catering Supervisor or similar leadership role
* Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles
* Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
* Competent in computer systems and reporting tools
* Must hold National Police Clearance and valid driver's licence
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
