Key Account Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Sales Manager to drive sales revenue and manage key national accounts in the Independent Grocery channel.
* Drive sales revenue through strategic growth initiatives with customers.
* Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) with key customers for 12-24 months.
* Conduct category reviews, analyze market trends, and implement activation plans to drive sales and market share.
* Forecast sales, manage trade spend, and develop promotional plans to achieve sales targets.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience working within the FMCG industry. You should have a deep understanding of Independent Grocery account management and be able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* 3-4 years' experience in FMCG sales leadership or account management.
* Experience within Independent Grocery account management, including Metcash Head Office and key MSO retailers.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
