Key Responsibilities
* Ensure bid teams comply with business processes using the APAC BD Process Manual.
* Provide leadership to keep bids on track and ensure robust strategies are developed.
* Coordinate and lead bid team meetings and scheduling.
* Work with Geographical Leads to translate capture planning into bid development.
* Finalize bid commercials and pricing strategies with the bid team.
* Draft partner and consultant agreements with the bid team.
* Provide written contributions to bid drafts.
* Manage review processes and ensure reviewer feedback is addressed.
* Improve Business Development processes and collaborate across the business.
* Adeptly apply and model Business Development processes to foster continuous improvement.
About You
You will have previously worked in a Bid Manager role within a consulting or project management environment.
You will ideally have experience in DFAT bid writing or from other donor organizations.
Additional Key Requirements
* Project management or process management background.
* People management and coaching experience to create and manage bid teams.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
