About the role
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for supporting the daily operation of the business's Salesforce application. The position works closely with the Group Manager – Business Transformation and external vendors to manage the Salesforce environment, integration and usability.
The System Administrator will coordinate support incidents and requests, assisting in their resolution or management of expertise to resolve to a satisfactory level. This position will also assist with strategy and design to ensure the delivery of systems that are valuable, cost effective and efficient.
About you
You're an experienced and detail‑oriented Salesforce professional who loves creating smooth, efficient and user‑friendly systems. With 2–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, you're confident managing day‑to‑day platform operations, supporting users, and ensuring data integrity across the organisation.
You bring strong technical capability together with great communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, vendors and cross‑functional teams. You enjoy problem‑solving, improving processes and delivering solutions that make the business more efficient.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
* Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
* Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
* Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports
* Experience with enterprise product integration to Salesforce and troubleshooting
