As a Senior Product Manager at Zenskar, you will own a critical product area and lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of features that transform how our customers manage billing and revenue, and in turn, how their businesses grow.
You'll operate with high autonomy, identifying opportunities, shaping product direction, and driving results with speed and clarity. You'll be a thought partner to leadership and a mentor to other PMs, helping build a culture of customer obsession, business thinking, and continuous learning. If you want to work on a genuinely hard problem, own real outcomes, and help shape a product used by fast-growing SaaS companies, this is your place.
* Define and own the product vision and roadmap for your domain, covering areas like contract lifecycle, billing automation, integrations, and revenue recognition
* Lead product discovery, hypothesis testing, and data‐driven prioritisation to ensure we're always solving the right problems, not just the loudest ones
* Partner cross‐functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to define problems and craft scalable, high‐quality solutions
* Develop business cases and track success through clear KPIs, ROI, and customer impact. Tie every initiative to a measurable outcome
* Represent the voice of the customer across the organisation, ensuring end‐to‐end journey optimisation and reducing friction at every touchpoint
* Drive cross‐functional alignment across multiple workstreams with clarity and decisiveness
* Lead by example in agile practices, focusing on outcomes, delivering iteratively, and embracing experimentation
* Fearlessly track product performance, iterate based on data, and treat learnings from both wins and failures as fuel for the next iteration
* Mentor and support other PMs on the team, helping raise the overall bar for product thinking and execution
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS or high‐growth technology company
* Proven track record of owning and driving a product roadmap end‐to‐end, with measurable business outcomes to show for it
* Deep customer empathy. You default to talking to customers before writing specs, and you can distinguish between what they ask for and what they actually need
* Strong commercial acumen. You understand unit economics, can build a business case, and know how to tie product decisions to revenue and retention impact
* Proficiency in data analytics, experimentation, and product discovery methods. Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and course‐correcting fast
* Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross‐functional teams without formal authority
* Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast‐paced environments where the playbook is still being written
* Experience in billing, fintech, ERP, or subscription management is a strong plus. Domain knowledge here is a real advantage, not just a nice‐to‐have
