In this role, you'll design and deliver impactful learning initiatives that build organisational capability and ensure compliance. Reporting into the Organisational Development (OD) Manager, you'll work collaboratively with the People & Culture team to understand business learning needs and develop solutions. As part of the OD team, you'll coordinate the annual performance management cycle and get involved in People & Culture projects.
You'll also take ownership of our Learning Management System (LMS) in Dayforce, ensuring learning content is current, engaging, and accessible.
This is a hands‐on, varied role where you'll manage learning programs end‐to‐end and contribute to strategic People & Culture initiatives.

What you'll be doing
* Designing and delivering leadership and capability programs with real impact
* Creating onboarding, compliance and other digital learning modules that are engaging and meet business and legislative requirements
* Delivering face‐to‐face training and workshops
* Owning and enhancing our LMS, managing content, improving user experience, and driving adoption
* Coordinating the annual performance cycle alongside our OD and People & Culture teams
* Supporting People & Culture projects that shape culture and build organisational capability

What you'll bring
* 3+ years' experience in L&D or OD
* Strong facilitation and communication skills
* Confidence partnering with leaders and the People & Culture team to influence outcomes
* Experience with LMS platforms (experience with Dayforce is a bonus)
* Familiarity with tools like Articulate, Rise 360 and PowerPoint
* A proactive approach, curiosity mindset, and a passion for developing others
