This reputable company are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Officer that can assist and help manage a small team.
**Your new role**
**After a restructure our clients are looking for a Payroll Manger to provided leadership and management to a team of 3. As the Payroll Manager be hand on in ensuring the proper and effective operation of the payroll for up to 1300 employees. Your team will be dealing with audits, queries, and adjustment you will help feel comfortable in managing the workload and delegating appropriate tasks. Working closing with the finance team, the Board, and external stakeholders, you will work to ensure accuracy and integrity of monthly reconciliations and reporting.
