We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team and someone who would like to have a career in International Freight Forwarding and Customs Brokerage.The right person for this role must have meticulous attention to detail, an eagerness to learn and have a passion to provide a high quality level of customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities for this role include and not limited to:
* Working alongside the Key Account Managers to support client retention
* Updating information for customers shipments
* Updating our Enterprise operating system, Cargowise with correct and timely information
* Monitoring group mailboxes
* Checking job registrations
* Uplaoding documents to client portals
* Checking shipment dashboard to confirm status of shipments
* Distributing documentation as required
* Facilitate release of shipments
* Escalate any issues to the Key Account Managers
* Attend training courses as requested
