About the Role
Technical Account Manager (Product Specialist) – Cairns
AC Solar Warehouse is a leading solar wholesaler in the Asia-Pacific region, supplying high-quality solar and energy storage equipment to installation companies across Australia and New Zealand. Our business has grown to become the largest Enphase and SolarEdge wholesaler in the country, supported by offices and distribution centres in Cairns and Melbourne, and multiple 3PL distribution centres across Australia and New Zealand. We are committed to Australia's clean-energy transition and to being the most professional and supportive solar wholesaler in the region.
Our sales and technical team, primarily based at our Cairns head office, is growing, and we are looking for a Technical Account Manager (Product Specialist) to join us. This role suits someone with a strong technical background who enjoys working closely with customers, providing expert advice, and building long-term relationships in a fast-paced B2B environment.
As a Technical Account Manager (Product Specialist), you'll be the primary point of contact for key customers, providing accurate technical support and product guidance both pre- and post-sale. You'll develop a strong understanding of our products and services, work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, and support account development through trusted technical relationships. This is not a traditional sales role. Success comes from combining technical expertise with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You'll be a trusted advisor to customers, a strong internal collaborator, and an advocate for quality service within a growing company at the forefront of the solar industry.
Our Cairns office offers a modern environment with a professional culture. We work hard, support one another during busy periods, and celebrate team wins. This is a friendly, close-knit workplace where your contribution will be recognised and valued. AC Solar Warehouse is proudly 100% Australian and employee-owned, with a hands-on founder and Managing Director who leads with a supportive, empowering, team-focused approach.
