ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an opportunity available for proactive Road Maintenance Workers to support various road maintenance and drainage activities across the Melton Shire. This long-term contract aims to create a sustainable, vibrant, and safe environment for the community. Your contributions will be vital in managing roadside assets and ensuring well-maintained infrastructure.
About you
* A can-do attitude and strong 'team player' with the proven ability to work efficiently with a team
* Current Car Licence (MR /HR Licence preferred)
* Current General Construction Induction card
* Traffic Control ticket (preferred)
* CPR & First Aid ticket (preferred)
* Previous experience in road maintenance, minor concrete works, Drainage works and general labouring is highly desirable
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong commitment to promoting a Zero Harm culture
* Must be able to successfully undertake a WWC Check
