About the Role
As a
Consultant – Payroll Governance
, you will:
Extract and analyse payroll master data using SAP tools such as Spinifex, Ad-hoc Query, and SE16.
Build, test, and validate payroll remediation models in Excel, including use of advanced formulas and macros.
Interpret complex Enterprise Agreements and Awards to triage payroll scenarios and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to review findings and support remediation activities.
Maintain data integrity and uphold governance standards across all remediation phases.
What You'll Bring
Strong background in
SAP Payroll
(SAP ECC preferred).
Advanced
Excel skills
, including macros and data modelling experience.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability.
Proven experience interpreting Enterprise Agreements and pay rules.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Full working rights in Australia.
