Drive-Thru Restaurant Manager
About the Role:
As a Drive-Thru Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 20-50 employees to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will be accountable for managing the day-to-day operations, including rostering, recruitment, stock management, compliance, and profit & loss. Your role will also involve championing your community through our Local Matters program, engaging with local groups, and running initiatives that support and develop your team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team: Drive engagement and results with your team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage Operations: Handle rostering, recruitment, stock management, compliance, and profit & loss to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Develop Your Crew: Help your team thrive with regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans tailored to their individual needs.
- Champion Your Community: Run our Local Matters program to engage with and support local groups, fostering strong relationships within your community.
