Senior Consultant to Director
Maven Partners is currently under instruction with a leading mid-tier firm – a genuine "Big 4 alternative" – as they continue to expand their Corporate & International Tax team nationally.
The practice has experienced consistent annual growth of approximately 10–20% over recent years, driven by strong demand across private, middle‐market, and multinational clients. Importantly, this growth has been strategic and well‐resourced, with a genuine focus on investing in people, protecting culture, and avoiding the burnout often seen in larger environments.
Opportunities are currently available across the following levels:
* Senior Consultant
* Manager
* Senior Manager
* Associate Director / Director
This is a tightly held and high‐performing team with exceptionally low turnover, strong internal leadership, and clear long‐term progression pathways. A significant number of the firm's senior leaders and Partners have progressed organically through the business, which speaks strongly to both the culture and opportunity available internally.

Requirements
* Experience within Corporate Tax / International Tax
* Strong Australian tax technical capability
* Exposure across compliance and/or advisory work
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
