Purpose: Will be responsible for meeting team targets, employee retention, and achieving efficiency of assigned geography, employees, and sources while keeping the team motivated and engaged.
Roles & Responsibilities: Area/Geography Mapping: Responsible for allocation of geography at team level. Should work closely with team members on geography mapping. Audit and review progress regularly and share reports with superiors. Source Relationship Management: Manage relationships with all sources in the assigned geography. Joint Calls: Conduct daily joint calls with the team, including source visits and sales calls. Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify and empanel channel partners. Team Huddle: Conduct daily team huddles as per the process. Team Review: Implement and review sales processes, LMS processes, and dairy functions of team members. HSPL Hub Coordination: Coordinate with credit team on loan applications and update team members. Location: Lucknow
