Law Staff is proud to partner with a premier international law firm to recruit a Defendant Insurance Lawyer or Associate for their expanding Brisbane team.

In this role, you will work closely with a dedicated Partner and a supportive, collaborative team on a diverse and challenging work mix, including:
* Catastrophic Liability: Managing large-loss, high-complexity claims.
* Public Liability: Handling a range of significant PIPA disputes.
* Contribution and Recovery: Pursuing and defending claims for contribution from other liable parties.
* Casualty: Advising on a broad spectrum of casualty and injury matters.
The practice is a recognised leader in managing complex, multi-party, and multi-jurisdictional disputes, expertly leveraging the firm's extensive local knowledge and global network to deliver outstanding client results.

To be considered for this role, you will be a Lawyer or Associate who brings:
* A minimum of 1 years' PAE in Defendant Insurance (up to 4 Years PAE considered)
* Strong technical skills and commercial judgment
* A collaborative and proactive approach to legal practice
