Leadership Role:

The Educational Leader is a senior professional responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs and services to children in a culturally safe environment. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children and families.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, along with significant experience working in the industry. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to interpret and apply information about child development and learning, and have the ability to contribute as an active team member to all aspects of the functioning of the Childcare Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership and support to the Congress Childcare Centre's educators and staff to ensure the provision of high-quality education and health development services to children within a cultural safety framework
">
* Work in accordance with National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework based on the Abecedarian Approach Australia (3a) early childhood model
">
* Develop and implement stimulating learning activities that meet the individual needs and abilities of children, and promote their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
">
* Build and maintain strong relationships with children, their families, and the community, and work to increase enrolments, participation, and attendance
">
* Collaborate with the Centre Manager and other professionals to ensure the delivery of supportive, culturally appropriate primary healthcare services
">
* Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children and staff
">
">
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

* Significant experience working in the early childhood industry

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
