We are seeking an enthusiastic and professionalMedical Receptionistto provide administrative and customer service support within ourConsulting Suitesat Ramsay Clinic Northside.
As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you'll be instrumental in creating a warm and efficient experience that reflects our commitment to quality care.

In this role, you will:
Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our consulting suites.
Be the welcoming face of our practice, ensuring every client enjoys a positive experience from their first point of contact.
Manage patient appointments, maintain accurate records, and process accounts with precision.
Build meaningful connections within the healthcare community and collaborate closely with our clinical team.
Play an active role in enhancing the overall experience for both patients and staff through your professionalism, organisation, and attention to detail.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will thrive in a busy, client-facing environment providing exceptional customer service.
You love the challenge of a high-performing team as you are self-motivated, highly organised and can prioritise efficiently.
Experience and knowledge of multiple patient management systems
Previous experience in a Medical Practice
Understanding of Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS)
