We're looking for
Customer Service Representatives
to join our team from
November through April
, supporting our busiest sales periods. You'll handle customer enquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, and social media), providing timely, thoughtful solutions that make every interaction a positive one.
Responsibilities
Assisting customers with enquiries on orders, products, deliveries, and returns
Coordinating with delivery partners to resolve issues quickly and effectively
Providing support to our stores and internal teams
Completing admin and ad-hoc tasks to keep things running smoothly
Qualifications
A positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for great customer experiences
Empathy, professionalism and excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay organised and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confidence using computer systems and learning new applications
Availability of
2–3 days per week, Monday–Friday (9am–5pm)
