We are seeking an experienced and qualified Wellbeing Assistant to deliver engaging, purposeful, and varied lifestyle programs that positively impact residents' physiological, physical, and emotional wellbeing.

As a Wellbeing Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a joyful and caring environment for our residents. This involves delivering programmes that promote social interaction, stimulate mental health, and foster a sense of community.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience delivering lifestyle programs in aged care (prior experience as a Wellbeing/Lifestyle Assistant is highly desirable).
* A Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent) or Cert III/IV in Individual Support (Ageing) with significant lifestyle experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to create engaging and inclusive programmes that cater to diverse resident needs.
* A current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
