**Your role**:
The Regional Development Manager is a key leadership role within North Central and they will drive business development, service growth and innovation, strategic relationship management and champion reform within the sector. This will be achieved by working in close collaboration with the Regional Director, the Regional Management Team, of which this role is a member, and through the development of strong relationships with relevant Government Departments, Agencies and individuals.
**About you**:
- Comprehensive understanding of the human service delivery system, with particular reference to services for children, young people and families.
- Ability to lead key projects, tenders, and submissions, planning activities and research within the region with a particular focus on growing Anglicare Victoria's breadth and depth of service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in writing for a range of specific purposes including grants, submissions, memoranda, reports and briefing, tender writing and submission development.
- Demonstrated ability to mediate and negotiate appropriate outcomes in complex and sensitive work situations.
- Experience maintaining external stakeholder partnerships and build productive, reliable, and collegial partnerships.
- Leadership experience with the capacity to support Program Managers and the Regional Director, and the demonstrated ability to provide leadership and consultation in relation to practice in relation to the broad range of programs delivered by Anglicare Victoria.
**Qualifications**
- A tertiary qualification, preferably in Social Sciences, Human Services or Social Work.
- Project management or management qualifications would be highly regarded.
