Lecturer in Engineering and Mechanical Trade
About the Role:
As a Lecturer in Engineering and Mechanical Trade, you will be responsible for teaching, facilitating learning, and conducting assessment in traditional, new, and innovative ways to a diverse range of clients.
You will also be involved in the provision of consultancy, information, and promotional services to industry, prospective students, and community clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach and facilitate learning in traditional, new, and innovative ways
* Conduct assessment and provide feedback to students
* Provide consultancy, information, and promotional services to industry, prospective students, and community clients
* Develop and implement curriculum and training programs
* Collaborate with other lecturers and staff members to achieve educational goals
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Relevant Trade Qualification (or equivalent)
* At least 5 years of vocational or lecturing experience relevant to this position
* An ability to facilitate and encourage learning
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
